Cancellations Policy

1. If for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to an inability or failure on the part of the manufacturers or suppliers of the goods to supply the goods to us, we are unable to supply the goods to you, we may cancel the agreement at any time before the goods are delivered by giving notice to you. We shall not be liable for any other loss or damage whatsoever arising from such cancellation.

2. Your right of cancellation is in addition to your other statutory rights. The after sales service and guarantees and the voluntary code for the return of goods by you to us mentioned below do not affect your statutory rights.

3.1. Cancellation of Contract

Without prejudice to its other rights and remedies at law, and its right to refuse to accept a purported cancellation of the Contract by the Buyer:‑

a. Decking Design Supplies reserves the right to make such a charge as it considers reasonable in respect of any purported cancellation of the whole or part of any order by the Buyer.

b. Any cancellation accepted by Decking Design Supplies will render the Buyer liable for the value of Goods manufactured or partially manufactured (including but not limited to the cost of all raw materials purchased) by Decking Design Supplies whether or not despatched to the Buyer prior to receiving purported notice of cancellation and may result in an adjustment of the price for the quantity of Goods actually despatched to the Buyer.

c. No cancellation will be agreed where Goods are to be supplied to meet the special requirements of the Buyer.
